Quick Contact

Nova offers an extensive portfolio of qualifications from level 2 to level 5, available to both new apprentices and an existing workforce.

We provide a tailored approach from start to finish, with a dedicated recruiter to manage your account, always on hand to support the recruitment of a new apprentice or the training of existing staff members. A Nova Recruiter will complete a training needs analysis to ensure the qualification is right for both individuals and the employer; there may be the opportunity to add bespoke bolt-on qualifications to the apprenticeship and use employer in-house training to enhance the overall value of the programme.

We are proud to boast some of the highest success rates in the country, well above the national average.

We will work closely with you to align the right solution for the apprentice whilst ensuring maximum return on investment from the Apprenticeship Levy.

For larger contracts, Nova also offers a management service, so any qualification you require can be managed by one training provider who ensures that all training is delivered to Nova's Highest Standard.

Recruiting an Apprentice
  • We provide a free recruitment service for apprenticeship vacancies.
  • Your dedicated recruiter will manage vacancy adverts, shortlist applicants subject to your specific criteria and conduct initial interviews and assessments with any potential apprentices before forwarding suitable CV’s for your perusal.
  • As an employer you have the opportunity to interview candidates and provide them with a trial, should you wish.
Existing Employees
  • We offer level 2 to level 5 qualifications to new and existing employees. This provides an opportunity for your existing employees (regardless of age) to be upskilled by completing the qualification alongside their job role, as long as there are sufficient new skills to be learned in the apprenticeship.
Delivery
  • Once a new apprentice or an existing employee starts a qualification they will receive a visit from an assessor every 4 weeks as a minimum. Apprentices will also be left with activities and workbooks to complete in their work time. The assessor is available between these visits should the learner feel they need additional support.
  • Every apprentice must be given a minimum of 20% of their paid hours for off-the-job training.
  • As an employer, you will have the opportunity to view your trainee's progress through our online portal, which will also be used to track and record mandatory off-the-job training.
