On the free eight to sixteen-week programme, you will learn:
How to develop great interpersonal skills including communication, teamwork and developing professional relationships.
Opportunities to organise a meeting, time management, organisational skills and use of IT.
Research businesses and create a display or presentation about the business showcasing.
IT skills and information about the business.
Opportunity to gain real work experience to build your CV.
Improve your English and Maths.

Aged 16 to 18 years (up to 24 years with an Education Health Care Plan)
Looking to move onto an Apprenticeship or employment at the end of the Traineeship
Qualified below Level 3 but achieved GCSE Grade 3 or above, in English and Maths, or achieved Functional Skills Level 1 or above in English and Math
This is a bespoke program based on your induvial needs, you will be assessed on your English and maths, then work towards Functional Skills or GCSE resits.
You will also access Business Skills vocational training in this training course.
Completing this Pre-Apprenticeship course will give you the opportunity to apply for an Apprenticeship within a Business Admin or Customer Service setting.
