Nova has 22 apprenticeship training centres throughout the West Midlands and the East of England. All centres are well equipped with ICT, plasma screens and a range of other resources. Many of our centres have additional workshops where you can learn a trade such as bricklaying, hairdressing, retail, beauty, plumbing, decorating, plastering, carpentry or motor vehicle.
We are extremely pleased to announce that Nova Training is now able to offer its outstanding programmes at newly opened training centres across the East of England with centres located in Luton, Stevenage, Wisbech, Clacton-on-Sea and Colchester.
Inspectors found that learners at Nova “find a direction to their lives and careers”, with managers making a “significant contribution to improve the life chances of learners” and most progressing onto employment, further education or apprenticeships. The report also praised Nova’s “strong culture of continuous improvement” with “teaching and support staff sharing a strong commitment to enable their learners and apprentices to discover and achieve their full potential.” Inspectors noted that Apprentices “develop very good vocationally relevant skills that their employers value” while learners on 16-18 Study Programmes – who make up the majority of Nova’s students – are “prepared exceedingly well for their employment and future careers” through tailored work experience.’
